Step 2: Click on the 'New Job' to start a new sync job. A start job panel will appear as shown:
Step 3: From this panel, click the 'Add new task icon'. The 'Add new task' interface will appear as shown:
Step 4: Choose the source folder and target folder by clicking the 'Browse' button. Clicking the 'Browse' button will prompt you to select some folder from your system as shown below:

So now that you've installed the Chill'N'Sync software and have launched it, you can now synchronize files and folders.

Step 5: Click 'OK'. Your source and target folders have now been choosen. You can now click 'Next' to configure the other properties for the synchronization task.
